1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of casino-pialasport.com.ng (the "Site"), operated by its editorial team ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.

Read these terms together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling page. They apply to the Site only. They create no relationship between you and Pialasport or any other operator, and they do not govern anything that happens on an operator's platform.

2. What this Site is — and what it is not

The Site publishes reviews, comparisons, guides and news about Pialasport and other casino and betting platforms available to players in Nigeria. Everything here is general information and opinion.

We are not a casino, bookmaker, payment provider or licensed gaming operator. We do not accept stakes or deposits, hold funds, open accounts, run games, set odds, settle bets or pay out winnings. We cannot access, credit, freeze or close an account on any operator's platform, and we cannot intervene in a dispute between you and an operator. Trademarks, brand names and logos appearing on the Site, including "Pialasport", belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively for identification. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or approval of this Site by those owners.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are legally permitted to view gambling-related content where they are located. By using the Site you confirm that you meet that requirement. If you are under 18, leave the Site now. We may remove any user-submitted content that appears to come from a minor.

4. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep content correct and current, but bonus terms, wagering requirements, minimum deposits, payment methods, game libraries, odds, licence details and promotions change frequently and often without notice. 6. Acceptable use

Where the Site allows comments, ratings or other submissions, you are responsible for what you post, and you must not post anything unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, promotional, or infringing another person's rights. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, adapt and remove it. We may moderate, edit or delete submissions at our discretion and are under no obligation to publish or retain anything.

Original text, layout, graphics, comparison tables and other material created by us are protected by copyright and remain our property or that of our licensors. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source page. Systematic reproduction, republication or use in a competing product requires our written permission.

8. Third-party links

Outbound links, including affiliate links, lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, security, availability or how they treat you as a customer. Following such a link is at your own risk, and once you leave the Site their rules apply, not ours.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we make no warranty that the content is accurate, complete or current, that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from any decision you take based on it. This expressly includes gambling losses, funds lost to an operator that refuses payment, becomes insolvent, is blocked or ceases trading, losses caused by out-of-date bonus or game information, and any indirect or consequential loss.

Put plainly: we publish information, and the money you stake is your own decision and your own risk. If an unlicensed operator does not pay you, we have no power to recover your funds and no liability for them.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit to it.

12. Availability and changes to the Site

We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice, including removing reviews or pages. We do not guarantee continuous availability.

13. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continuing to use the Site after an amendment means you accept it. Please check this page periodically.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here restricts any statutory right you have that cannot be waived by agreement.
